Content Strategy
Website
New York’s life sciences are thriving, but the information that powers growth is often siloed and hard to find. To help bridge the gap, NewYorkBIO set out to create a centralized hub that brings the state’s bio resources together in one seamless experience.
01
Problem
Despite the abundance of bio and life science-related resources across New York, that information was fragmented across multiple platforms  and outdated directories.
02
Strategy
The strategy was simple but ambitious: create an all-new resource hub indispensable to those who use it, while connecting and empowering the state’s life sciences community.
03
Solution
We created a dynamic multi-directory hub that brings New York’s life sciences community together in one place, turning scattered resources into a single source of clarity.

but first, content

Content was core to this project. Before any design work began, we conducted a full inventory of all content types and defined content models for each. This content inventory became the source of truth for visual design.

shaping the future

The resource hub needed to look and feel as future-facing as the life sciences industry itself. To achieve this, we balanced immersive visual assets with structured content, creating an experience that is both futuristic and functional.

Visitors can easily search, filter, and navigate critical directories and event contribute content directly. Behind the scenes, automated grants and job listings ensure opportunities are always up to date.

empowering a community

By combining dynamic content, seamless usability, and inclusive design, New York now has a central hub that brings previously fragmented information together— solidifying the organization’s position as a trusted partner for the entire state.
